Become part of women’s history in LA
In 2026, JLLA celebrated 100 years of service and commitment to Los Angeles. Through an innovative partnership with the LA Department of Recreation and Parks, JLLA is renovating and renewing park spaces across the city, reviving important spaces where communities can gather and JLLA can provide programming opportunities for the next 100 years. |
| “I’ve been in LA for 7 years, but never felt truly connected to the city. JLLA created that missing connection for me – through volunteering in my local community and seeing the direct impact of our collective efforts across the city. Plus making new friends outside of my industry who share my values has been so refreshing! I feel like I truly LIVE here now, and I’m proud of what we do to support the city of Los Angeles.”— Robyn P. |

| “I would have probably never run for office had I not done CalSPAC (California State Public Affairs Committee) and had the opportunity to go to Sacramento to testify before the Senate….It’s my biggest dream in life to reform the foster care system. And that all started here.”— Christina P. |
